MAXSTRETCH: new technologies, high quality and low cost of packaging
Market trends force us to look for ways to improve production efficiency in order to reduce the cost of manufacturing packaging materials to form a competitive pricing policy. The rapid development of new technologies for the production of stretch film makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the film (almost by half), obtain excellent mechanical strength, and at the same time make the product cheaper. This became possible due to the inclusion of a new component in the composition of the film – metallocene.
It is worth telling in more detail about the appearance and features of high-tech packaging under TM MaxStretch. Film production technology – Enable™ metallocene polyethylene (mPE) – polyethylene of metallocene catalysts. This latest technology was recently patented by the ExxonMobil Corporation and thanks to it, polyethylene acquires special strength and resistance to stretching.
This is what ExxonMobil Chemical, one of the leading specialists of this corporation, said in a press release Dave McConville: Films using mPE technology can be produced much thinner than conventional films, while maintaining mechanical strength, high elasticity and tensile strength. Such films significantly improve the efficiency of packaging, the required number of rotation layers is reduced, and the final result is the safety of the cargo and the reduction of losses during transportation.
On the basis of mPE technology empe Thong Guan developed and put into production stretch film of a new generation under the trade mark MaxStretch.
Currently, our company has the opportunity to present to consumers a new generation TM stretch film MaxStretch  and is its only and official importer in Ukraine. This is a stretch film with a 5-layer structure with a thickness of 10μm, 12μm and 15μm. Due to its pronounced ability to return to its original state, a “retaining” force arises, which ensures stable bonding of the layers of stretch film to each other, which is called a guaranteed memory to restore its original shape, which is equal to 20%.
The following table shows the dependence data: the length of the winding on the thickness of the material per 1 kg of net weight and the consumption of stretch film per pallet per kg on the thickness of the material.

When calculating the cost of using stretch film, it is necessary to consider the price of palletizing one pallet, the cost of one linear meter, despite the fact that in Ukraine the film is sold based on the price per kg.
Finished products are delivered on a proprietary TM MaxStretch sleeve, two dispensers (plastic handles for holding the roller during manual winding) are added to the box. TM MaxStretch will help you reduce the cost of purchasing packaging material, as well as maintain the level of packaging quality.
We offer you to see for yourself the quality of our tape-film and test it by means of a control cut at your production/office, or at our production warehouse (where we are always happy to give an interesting tour).
Our company aims at long-term cooperation with you, therefore we guarantee the quality of our products!
