Details
We present a new generation TM MaxStretch stretch film manufactured using Enable™ metallocene polyethylene (mPE) technology, in which polymerization is performed with metallocene catalysts, thanks to which polyethylene acquires special strength and resistance to stretching.
In a press release from ExxonMobil Corporation, which patented this technology, it is said that “films using mPE technology can be produced much thinner than conventional films, while maintaining mechanical strength, high elasticity and tensile strength. At the same time, the required number of layers of rotation is reduced, and the end result is the safety of the cargo and the reduction of losses during transportation.”
Based on the mPE technology, the Thong Guan company has developed and put into production a new generation stretch film under the trade mark MaxStretch. It is a film with a 5-layer structure with a thickness of 10 microns, 12 microns and 15 microns. Due to its pronounced ability to return to its original state, a “retaining” force arises, which ensures stable bonding of the layers of the stretch film to each other. Such a film has a guaranteed memory for recovery of 20%. Our company is the only official importer of TM MaxStretch stretch film in Ukraine.
